Cancellation Policy

We are committed to delivering your product quickly, and there is a short period of time in which you may cancel or make changes to your order. As long as your order has not yet been shipped from the manufacturer, you may cancel your order. Please contact us during our normal business hours (Monday through Friday 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. Pacific Standard Time) to see if your order may be cancelled.

All orders which are cancelled will be credited back to you in the same form of payment used when the original order was placed.
If you used an in-store credit to place an order, the portion of the order paid with in-store credit will be refunded as in-store credit after all other payment methods have been credited.

If you placed an order using a coupon or discount, you will be credited for the actual amount that you paid out of pocket. (purchase price minus the coupon amount). Please note that coupons and discounts will not be reissued or recreated.

For orders with multiple items where only some items are cancelled, your order total will be recalculated to determine if the coupon still applies. (ex. Some coupons require a minimum purchase amount or are coupon for specific products only). If your coupon does not apply, or your new order total is greater than the original total, customer service will contact you to let you know your order cannot be cancelled.
