Buying anything online is often cheaper than purchasing in stores but retailers hit you with huge shipping and handling charges that pushes your bill right back up. Now you can make the most of your money by taking advantage of our free shipping policy! There is absolutely no need for you to pay for shipping and you certainly have better things to spend your money on. Just place your order and we’ll do the rest.


Terms And Conditions

Free shipping applies to most orders. Some small or specialized orders may not qualify. Please contact us for any questions or concerns about our free shipping policy.

Shipping & Processing Time

Smaller items, such as accessories, are shipped via standard shipping within 1 – 3 business days and you should receive your product within 5 – 10 business days from the day the order was placed. Larger products are shipped within 10 business days of order placement and delivered within 1 to 6 weeks from the order date. All shipping and delivery quotes are approximate lead times with estimated delivery dates .Please note that since commercial grade equipment is made to order, please contact your sales representative for a delivery estimate.

We utilize third party freight carrier for equipment purchases, and these are shipped directly to your shipping address. The freight carrier will contact you 24-48 hours prior to delivery to arrange a delivery time. The phone number used to contact you will be the daytime and evening phone numbers provided during checkout. Available delivery times will vary depending on the freight carrier’s schedule.Our carriers will provide standard delivery service unless you elect “White Glove Delivery”. Certain states and products are not eligible for our free shipping offer and require upgraded service via a White Glove carrier.

Service Areas & Delivery Location

  • Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged additional shipping rates based on destination, size, and weight.
  • Free shipping does not apply to international shipping.
  • We are unable to ship large items to rural routes, remote areas not in close proximity to areas commonly serviced by freight carriers, APO/FPO addresses, P.O. Boxes, Alaska and Hawai
  • Most large items will be delivered only to the nearest ground-level entrance of your home, business, or residence. Exceptions include apartments, unusual driveways, or any other obstacles which may impede delivery. Some freight carriers may be able to carry your item into a specific room or up stairs for an additional fee.
  • For apartment residents, the delivery will be brought to either the apartment loading dock, or the nearest ground level entry of the apartment building. Depending on the apartment building, some deliveries must be left at the apartments main office.
  • If you would like your item carried inside your residence, have it unpacked or assembled, or carried up any flight(s) of stairs, extra fees may apply. Residences or businesses that have an abnormal driveway leading to the entryway and/or an irregular interior may be charged additional fees. These fees will vary depending on your individual circumstances and can exceed $100.

Delivery Acceptance

  • Before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt, please inspect the carton for any damage, such as crushing, dents, creasing, etc., and note this on the delivery receipt. Once you sign the delivery receipt and accept the shipment, the driver will depart and it will be your responsibility to unpack the item. The driver is not required to wait for you to un-wrap the item and inspect it unless there is visible damage to the package.
  • If, during delivery, it is obvious that there is damage, you may ask the driver to open the carton and inspect the contents with you. Be sure to keep a copy of the delivery receipt with your damage notations and contact us immediately.
  • If physical product damage is not seen until opening a carton, you must contact the freight carrier immediately (within 48 hours), and request a “concealed freight damage inspection”.
  • If you relocate a product to a different location than the shipping address on the delivery receipt, prior to a “concealed freight damage inspection”, the freight company cannot accept responsibility for freight damage, and you will nullify your rights to a freight damage claim. After accepting delivery, please keep all packaging material for 45 days in case you discover damage or defects.
  • Redelivery fees ranging from $25 - $125* will be charged if you miss your delivery appointment. The decision to reattempt delivery is made solely at the freight carrier’s discretion. Your item may be returned the manufacturer if the freight carrier is unable to contact you for delivery or if you miss your delivery appointment. In these situations, the cost of actual original and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Once the freight carrier has contacted you to arrange a delivery time, you must respond to their call within 1 business day. If the freight carrier has not heard from you and needs to store your item, you will be charged storage fees up to $50 per day. These daily storage fees may also apply if you cannot accept the delivery within 3 business days of the carrier contacting you.
  • If you refuse or return a non-defective or undamaged item, you will be responsible for all actual original and return shipping costs. These fees range anywhere from $100 to $695 each way, depending on the size and weight of the item. Return shipping fees should be paid directly to the freight carrier in advance. If not paid in advance, your shipping fees may be deducted from your refund after the item is received by the manufacturer.
  • Our freight carriers will do their best to arrange a convenient delivery time with you. If you need to request a specific delivery time outside their normal business hours, or wish to have a small window of time for delivery, a “Time Definite” fee ranging from $75 to $125 may apply. Available delivery times are made solely at the freight carrier’s discretion, and certain days and times may not be available in all areas.
  • By purchasing large items from us, you authorize eFITology.com and/or the freight carrier to assess additional fees to your credit card as necessary according to the fee schedule herein.

White Glove Delivery

White Glove Delivery We deliver some equipment purchases with White Glove service (the product page will indicate if this delivery method will be used). White Glove services includes two man in-home delivery and inside placement up to two flights of stairs, unpacking of items, debris removal, and set up of product. The freight carrier will schedule your White Glove delivery appointment for a 4-hour window generally between 9 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday. Depending on the carrier, you may be able to request additional services. Carriers may charge for additional services you request.

Thoroughly inspect the assembled product before signing for the delivery. Make clear notes of any damage, blemish, or defect, if any, on the delivery paperwork. Since parts are interchangeable, we will replace any damaged part with a factory original new part when freight delivery receipt is properly noted. Should labor be required to change a part, you will receive FREE in-home service to replace the defective part. Signing for a White Glove delivery without noting any problems on the delivery paperwork indicates the product was in good condition upon assembly. eFITology.com, our suppliers, and our carriers are not responsible for any damage, defects, or blemishes (tears, scuffs, holes, etc.) which are not noted on the delivery paperwork. If you refuse delivery due to excessive freight damage, we will re-ship the identical product at no additional cost to you using the same or a different carrier at our discretion.
